I have had this experience, late delivery by Canada Post, 15 times in 2019, at least 15 times in 2018, and unknown amount of times of later delivery in 2017! Canada Post is a complete joke! May 28, 2019 · Canada Post should make it a point to fire any delivery person who doesnt at least ring the door bell before driving off. Claim is in to walmart for a refund which they said they will provide once they get the police report. I have never ever had a Canada Post delivery person knock or use the door bell wen they drop off pkgs.

My complaint is directed at Canada Post in small communities. In Nipigon - population of about 1300 - everyone MUST go to the post office building to get mail. Canada Post, without consultation, directed its employees to remove the sorting tables and litter bins in the lobbies, supposedly to encourage recycling.
