Most drivers on this subreddit will encourage you to tip, however I've never tipped an Uber driver and I have a 5.0 rating. I haven't used UberEats, but I don't see why it should be different. Uber explicitly says that tipping is not necessary. You can if you want, especially if the driver goes above and beyond, but it's not an expectation.
