Aug 22, 2010 · can only speak for my office but all specials that are addressed to a po box are allocated onto a 'B' code ( which stands for box) this basically means it has been allocated for delivery but only confirmed once the person has picked it up - it sounds like the system you were used to in the past - and is the correct way to allocate special deliveries to a po box
