Dec 08, 2011 · If they say you have to pay anyway, refuse. Tell them you have to be somewhere, the delivery delay and the phone call are going to make you late and this is the way it has to be. No pizza, no pay. I've called them a few times over the years when they were late like this and, usually, the give the order at no charge.
