Edit: I don't think i made the connection entirely clear. When pizza hut opened a new store, they would open a new pizza hut with the same equipment as an old store would use. Why? Because the contract was to service the same equipment at all locations. So all locations, even new ones, would still have old-as-fuck computers running the cash ...

Jul 30, 2009 · You CAN order that late.. but it would be better if you could order earlier. They are trying to clean up the store and get home! Some places also stop carryout at a certain time (happened to me one time -it was 2 hrs before they closed and I had to get delivery) so if you want delivery though especially, I recommend ordering at least at 11pm.
