You can most certainly shampoo your hair after giving birth. I've never heard anyone say that you can't...that would be absurd! Some people may think that hair dye could get into breast milk, but that's pretty crazy too. Please, after birth, you'll need to do what you can to make yourself feel good, so please wash and dye away!
