Open the OBD in Change mode through SAP Tcode VL02N. PGI should be disabled. Go to Reverse Goods Movement SAP Tcode VL09. Enter the OBD number and execute(F8).

It is possible that you can see a discrepancy between the VBFA creation date field (VBFA-ERDAT) & the first 3 digits. The first 3 digits of the ‘confirmation of service’ number are calculated based on system field SY-DATLO (User’s local date).
