It's actually Amazon's logistics people that deserve the tip, since they're the ones making sure the right products are available at the right depot at the right time.

I've been using the Prime Now (grocery shopping) and restaurant delivery service frequently. I generally accept the "suggested tip" and sometimes make it bigger if I know my order is a pain (raining, heavy items). But sometimes my restaurant delivery person would stay parked in my driveway for several minutes before moving away.

Hi Chelsea – that is not true. You can use the Amazon Prime Now app to tip the driver or you can give the driver cash. Of course, if the Prime driver drops the items at the door and leaves then you won’t have the ability to do that so you can indicate in the delivery that you be present.
