I'm a pakka Non-vegetarian and I didnot stop eating non-veg during my pregnancy or post delivery. My baby has had no issues at all. Just cook the meat well and have it prepared at home or from hotels u trust. BTW I used to eat out a lot. I for one can never imagine a day without non-veg!!!
