Aug 14, 2019 · So on the 28th the only other option to get FSD would have been if you used the Tesla Site in November to order your Model 3 before the FSD was pulled from Site and you took delivery on December 28. Even if that is what you did, FSD was a 3K add on to EAP that cost 5K.

If all European Model 3 orders get this, then there is no European confusion with Model 3 Autopilot vs EAP features difference to care about (and FSD upgrades with different features and cost to care about). All EU Model 3s will have nothing, or the new Autopilot, or FSD. No EU Model 3s with EAP features that have been moved to FSD. Simplifies things.
