Dec 09, 2011 · Delivery confirmation is just a sticker they apply with the number on it and signature block. They might be able to apply it to a standard envelope. Priority mail is less than $5, I don't see you paying more than $7 tops to mail a letter priority with delivery confirmation. You can just mail it in an envelope with delivery confirmation for less than $2-3.
