Jan 13, 2020 · Doordasher drivers do not recieve a tip at all unless it's over $5. If you leave no tip, the driver will receive $6(flat delivery fee). If you give a $5 tip the driver will receive $6($1 for delivery and $5 tip. So please just tip the driver anytime you use an app service.

If you’re driving 20 minutes to pick up food with DoorDash and then 20 minutes (whether due to traffic or to sheer distance) to deliver, you’re likely only going to be able to accomplish 1-2 deliveries an hour.
