So I just got home from my Ob appt and at 34 weeks I still have a low-lying placenta at about 1.25 cm away from the cervix. Even though it’s not 2+ cm away she’s still supporting trying for a vaginal delivery and just being watchful for bleeding.

I had a natural/non-medicated birth and was so so so scared of the epidural and c section that I was over the moon excited to have a vaginal delivery. I went to 42 weeks after my placenta previa went from complete to low lying at 37.5 weeks (it was my final check before my c section at 38 weeks).

Hi, I know someone who VB'd with a low lying placenta recently (not sure how low it was) she was told that it was too dangerous to attempt a natural birth and booked in for ELCS at 38 weeks, but she went into labour at 37 weeks and gave birth naturally no problems or bleeding at all.
