When one of Calor representatives fills your bulk LPG tank, there will be a small release of gas. This should dissipate quickly and will not cause you any harm. However, if you can smell gas when the delivery driver has left, please call the Emergency Line on 03457 444 999 straight away.

There are two delivery options Top Up and Order Only. Top Up is where Calor uses innovative technology to monitor your gas usage and automatically arranges the tank to be filled. Order only is where you have to check the gauge on the tank and contact Calor for a delivery. Calor recommends that you order your gas when the gauge is at 30%.

A parcel courier or pallet delivery firm will deliver your item between the hours 08.00 - 18.30 usually within 24 hours after your item has been dispatched. All large item deliveries are 'kerb side' only which means the courier will not be able to take items into your delivery address.
