4 reviews of By The Way Cafe "While driving east on Rt. 30, the "By The Way Cafe" sign certainly caught my attention. It was around 1:15 pm and I turned into their large parking lot for lunch. My first impression after just 2-3 minutes was that this is a very friendly cafe and also, very local. I did not notice that the cafe closed at 1:45 pm, so I was limited to 30 minutes for my meal.
