The sleigh ride (by Bucks Livery) was not as advertised. They charge 25 dollars per person to sit on a sleigh and do figure 8s right there where you get on the lifts. No trails and the scenery is the exact same as standing there at the base waiting in the line to get on a lift.

They took care of us, picked appropriate horses for our skill levels, and the wrangler was great (friendly, but allowed some silence to enjoy the scenery too). Most importantly the horses are very well cared for.

We cover a lot of great terrain on this ride that includes walking through luscious aspen groves and catching beautiful views of the Twilight Mountains in addition to crossing Mill creek. The ride was about 2 hours in length. There are certainly better rides out there, yet our wrangler, Eli, was excellent, and took the time to show bear and lion scrapes, and educated my young son on the differences between a beaver lodge and damn.
