Jump in. The FitRec facility features two swimming pools to accommodate all types of swimmers. The Aquatics Center offers classes, including SCUBA, aqua aerobics, diving, and all levels of swimming for adults and children, as well as a comprehensive program of American Red Cross certification courses in Lifeguard Training and Water Safety.
