O perated by BU Dining Services, the menu offers a unique blend of innovative concepts with display cooking and includes a salad bar, hot and cold options, and dessert. Hours of operation of Dewhurst Dining Hall will be Monday to Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m We propose a change in dining hall hours on Boston University's campus. As of right now, the dining hall is only open until 9 PM on week days. This is a problem for many students as they do not get out of class until 9 PM.
