    However, every day, during the PEAK times, download drops to 10-14 mbits. and there is no difference, if this is weekend (saturday, sunday) or weekday evening. speeds always drop to 10 mbit, and it looks like hard limit is applied. then it starts to improve after 10 pm, with restoration of speed at circa 11 pm.
