15 reviews of Brookwood Pet Resort "I dropped my adorable dog here for a trip to Vermont. First of all, it couldn't be better located. 5 minutes off of I-93. For $25 a day, your lil sweetheart gets 3 play sessions, 3 restroom trips and a free nail clipping. They gave my dog a little bandana and a treat for the road. So cute. I walked around the facility and it seemed really great.

Brookwood pet resort is a poorly managed establishment. The owners are unprofessional when handling customers. They are completely oblivious to what happens to the dogs during the stay. They continuously try to cut corners. They also have paid employees unfairly, knowingly. Extreme lack of communication between employees and especially customers.
