You don’t have set hours it can be anywhere from a 6 hour day to a 16 hour day. They only do 10 hours overtime pay for each pay period then it’s back to regular pay. You only make 12 a hour which is not enough for the risk there is in your everyday in the field . Most days is a 5:45 start time sometimes you won’t clock out till 10 pm

Brinks does not pay for any overtime after 45 hours a week which means if you work 50 hours week 1 and 55 hours week 2 you get paid for 10 hours of overtime and 95 hours at your normal pay. That's 15 hours you’re not getting 18.67 which comes to a tidy 280 dollars you’re missing out on. Another thing to consider is the danger factor.
