Brick Township Reservoir is a source of municipal water for many surrounding towns and relies on Metedeconk River. The area around it was a real surprise to me. Really lovely place to walk enjoyed by many locals. 1.6 mile, crushed rock path well organized and nicely kept and maintained. Multiple comfortable looking benches, picnic area .

I finally made it there and went back a second time, too. It's a little hard to find without GPS, but it's really not that far away if you live in the area. They have a totally clean and safe promenade around the reservoir.
