So for me it was 72 E Randolph, and when you look up Ticketmaster on google for this location it says it is open until 8pm on Saturdays. When we got there the hours on the door said it closed at 6pm. My husband then called the Briar Street Theatre and was informed that the ticket office is opened until 10pm.
