About the Velodrome. The Velodrome at Brian Piccolo Park, Broward County is a 333.3 M, Concrete track with maximum banking of approximately 30 degrees at the apex of each turn. In addition, there is a slightly banked 200M warm up track in the infield. The track was built in 1992, lighting for night events was added shortly afterwards.

6/14/2019. I was visiting this park for a family member's flag football game and realized a ton of leagues use it for their Saturday games (baseball, football, etc). They're open from 8:00AM-7:30PM and no entrace fee on weekdays. On weekends and holidays the fee is $1.50 (children 5 and under free).
