Bouillon Bilk is a fine dining restaurant I would almost like to call a "Hole in the wall" as there is no interior design and deco inside the restaurant; Its walls and ceilings are all painted plain white, the lighting is average too, and the ceiling is so low that you would almost feel like in a basement.

Visitors' opinions on Bouillon Bilk. Opted for the 5 course tasting menu- excellent presentation throughout and interesting dishes and flavours as well. First was the hiramasa with grapefruit and Yuzu- the fish melted like butter, this was one of the highlights. Next was beef with fermented black beans, plums and kale.
