After the Borghese gardens you can stroll down Via Veneto, have a meal if you don't mind the cost or go to to the Hard Rock Cafe or skip Via Veneto and go to the Spanish Steps. Either way, it is easy to take a walk which will include the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Plenty of places to eat along the way.
