They really have been no help and now two of three flights take twice as long as originally scheduled (from 12 hours to 22 hours and from 2 hours to 4.5 hours). Bookairfare.com is full of utter ineptitude.

Jul 05, 2019 · Used Bookairfare to book a flight in 2 months time to Barcelona and received a confirmation e-mail. A day later received another e-mail stating due to unstated 'technical issues' on their side the booking was cancelled, and now a booking for the same flights will be +£90 more.
