164 reviews of Body Blitz Spa "This spa makes me want to live in Toronto!!!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The bath houses in NY looks sketchy and not to mention gross! But my Toronto friend gave me a gift certificate to come here and when I checked out their website...it's nothing like the Russian Bath House NY. This place is beautiful and not to mention serene!

Body Blitz Spa bills itself as a place that promotes wellness, but that in no way extends to the wellness for our planet. The spa is a pimp for single use plastic and plastic coated coffee cups. Toronto recycles very little of its plastic and the claim that the plastic containers their smoothies and juices come in is biodegradable is false.

Body Blitz doesn't value first time customers, especially if they have a complaint. There are far better spas in Toronto that cost about the same amount and highly value their customers. Hammam, Still Water, Nuovo Spa, and the Ritz are all comparable in price to Body Blitz, but far exceeded expectations on quality and service.

I visited Body Blitz, Adelaide location for the first time yesterday for a body glow. I was told to arrive 1.5 hours before my appointment. I thought this was way too early, but I followed what the lady on the phone recommended and found that it was the perfect amount of time to check in and do the circuit.
