After waiting several days, we made reservations to go on Blue Water's snorkeling (Molokini Crater) and whale watch trip at 11:30am. But when the day arrived, it still seemed very windy. I called the Blue Water office 3 times: at 8am, 10am, and finally asked them to check with one of the boat captains at 10:30am.
