An amazing farm out of Oregon, Bithell Farms sells I.Q.F. (individually quick frozen) fruit that comes to you frozen solid so you have a lot of options for use. Sherry and I have used their fruit for years now to make into jam. All the fruit comes in a 14 pound box and we normally get about 22ish pints from a box using Shur-Jell pectin.
