Inspiration park overlook and another overlook 2 blocks away make you feel like your in Hawaii all while walking past multi millions dollars homes !! There is a public walkway that takes you thru the overlook areas and makes you want to keep walking and never leave.. With that all said corona del mar offers everything.. Nice big beach..

7/27/2021. Corona del Mar State Beach is gorgeous! It's such a nice beach for families, with restrooms and parking. There's a decent sized parking lot for $22/ day or you can park above for free but have to walk down quite a few stairs or a slight hill. Beach is open until 10 p.m., the lifeguards leave at 8 p.m..
