During its heyday, it was a must-stop for families visiting Sunday River during the summer as well as other local attractions Bethel offers up. As the weeds grew over the years, it looked more and more like Big Adventure Center may just become one with the land that surrounds it.

Welcome! We are a family run and oriented campground and outdoor adventure company located on the banks of the Androscoggin River on Route 2 in Bethel, Maine. We open each spring on May 15th and close on October 15th. Rent canoes, kayaks, tubes, or stand up paddle boards right from our location and head out for an epic river adventure.
