We visited Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park. The key feature of this park is the 26 room Victorian Mansion. At the time it was built, the mansion had the most modern plumbing, gas lighting and water systems. The home was owned by John Bidwell and his wife Annie Ellicott Kennedy Bidwell. They were married on April 16,1868.
