The Cage Athletic and Recreation Center is a focal point of student activity on Berry’s 27,000-acre campus.The 131,000-square-foot facility houses a performance arena that seats nearly 2,000 for varsity athletics, a natatorium with observation seating, an expansive fitness center, racquetball courts and an indoor walk/jog track among its many amenities.

This class is open to anyone on a drop in basis and will meet Monday - Thursday 4:00 - 5:30 pm. Exclusive times reserved for use of the pool for lap swimming, individual aquatic exercise and workout programs. Lap swim lanes are for continuous lap swimmers only.
