I estimated that the move would take 3 hours, but they finished everything within 1.5 hours. They were so efficient and did not really stop for breaks, which is the first time that I've seen this for movers. I was only charged for the time that they worked, so all was good. Their enthusiasm while they worked was a nice change of pace.

10/13/2021. We had a successful move thanks to Bellhop. We were scheduled to move at 8AM. The lead came early, around 7:50 AM to check out what we have. Then he created a plan of attack and got everything out of the house in about 2 hours. When we drove to our new house to unload, that was also quick and efficient.

I booked 2 movers for 3 hours (11 AM - 2 PM) through Bellhops for a local, but complicated move (moving a studio apartment's worth of items out of my home to a storage unit, then about the same amount of items from the storage unit back to my home). With 2 guys working full-out, I figured we'd use the entire 3 hours.

63 reviews of Bellhop Moving "My first time using a service like this. We needed to load a 20x10 storage unit into a 26' moving truck. I scheduled 2 Bellhops for 2 hours. They showed up on time, were both very personable, got right to work, didn't need direction, knew how to load a truck, didn't destroy the items we loaded, and only stopped to grab a bottle of water (it's Arizona)!

He confirmed that the moved should take the 3-4 scheduled hours, and we'd texted about my assembled beds, which he said he could disassemble and reassemble in the allotted time. I had been pulled in initially by the $500 off promotion that Bellhops was having, to gain traction for their entry in the Miami market.

If your service is completed before the minimum is reached, then you will pay the minimum amount. The minimum is two hours for movers only, and three hours for movers and a truck. This to-the-minute billing gives you the most flexibility, rather than charging you in large chunks of time whose full duration you may not need.
