Aug 20, 2013 · If I am awake for 36 hours, the pattern seems to be something like: 5-7 hours, not very restful on day 1 8-9 hours, restful on day 2 (but feel off) 7-8 hours, normal sleep pattern on day 4 (but feel off) 9-10 hours on day 5, and hopefully I'll be back to normal. For me, the biggest hurdle is the reason for the all nighter.
