2. 2/4/2015. Bedford Square Apartments has just taken the title of WORST APARTMENT LIVING that I have had. If I was to write this 1 year ago, my rating would have been a 4/5, with minor nit picks like noisy kids or a terrible parent company to deal with (Kaftan Enterprise). Things that could be overlooked really.

06/19/2015. Overall. Bedford Square Apartments in Canton Mi absolutely has taken the title of worst managed apartments. Management is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to go through a year and a half of a constantly breaking air/ heating unit. The pipes broke inside and flooded water into the entire front room.

Bedford Square is one of the cheapest complexes in the area, yet it is actually very well-maintained, safe, and peaceful. The apartments are spacious and recently updated, albeit somewhat cheaply built (metal cupboards painted to look like wood, etc). The hallways are kept clean, snow services are timely, and emergency maintenance is quick.
