I LOVE Beavertails! Brings back happy memories of skating on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa during Winterlude. Honestly, I don't know how anyone could not like them - a zillion times better than any "elephant ears" version, the Beavertail is a perfect deep fried dough pastry that's light, fluffy and covered with powdered cinnamon and sugar.
