SYnth farming should add no more than 10 hours. Yea getting most of the trophies on a clean proud save is super easy. 7-10 hours synth, 7-10 hours story, 2-3 hours leveling. Cleanup on the JJ, and then ~1 hour Gummi. After doing all that I'd make a beginner save with no continues, no armor change, and do the less than 15 hours trophy with that too.
