I started about 6 months ago as an ABT. I liked it when I first started. Families can be a little crazy but I guess that comes with the job. The hours suck. 8am-6pm. Plus driving hours in between which could be all around western mass. 30 mins is not enough time to get from one location to another. Pay is ok. Started at $19.16.
