Called a beginner cave tour at night, what a joke. Paddled about 4 miles, they do not take you to the caves (which are by the way nowhere close to Washburn where they launch). Supposed to be 2 hours and 3 hours in, 11pm, we're still in the middle of Lake Superior with the "guide" telling random stories.

This is a scam. My friends and I had planned a trip where we would rent kayaks and camp on basswood island for a couple of days. We had set up a reservation with this company to have kayak training and rental. When we showed up to the address, after driving 6 hours to get to Bayfield, we were brought to a random empty house.
