I've been three times to St. Mark's Baogette, and I'm afraid I get the same "Baoguette" (banh mi) sandwich every time. Because the bread is so fresh it's usually still warm, it has exactly the right texture. The fillings are the ideal balance of hot/sour/salty/sweet and have plenty of texture.
