The tour started closer to 10:30 a.m. (they are on island time, after all). The brewery recommended beforehand that we wear jeans, shirts with a sleeve (t-shirts are fine) and sneakers. Each of us had to don a hairnet as well. This was the first brewery I’ve toured that included this requirement.

Brewery tour was good. There was a large group of people there that had apparently won a drinking contest at the Mill and won the tour with lunch etc. If they weren't there, we would have been the only people on it. Decent tour, hot in the factory, the bottling machine was broken so they were trying to fix it.

But it is a good option for a cloudy day. If you go for the tour, be prepared for unpublished rules. 10:15 AM tour only, no open toe shoes & no sleeveless shirts. Be sure to take the brewery tour with Ron. Fun tour go one it and get off the beach for a day only half hour bus trip from the low rise hotel district.
