Sep 20, 2018 · Establishing a wide berth for traditional and experimental creative music, Renée Baker’s Quadtych—Renée Baker (violin, viola), Karl E. H. Siegfried (bass), William Porter (cello), and Bruce Nelson (vibes, percussion)—expresses the polystylism of Picasso, the moody brooding of Rothko, the impatience of Pollock, and the sensuous passion of Anaïs Nin.

The museum has been totally renovated and improved--they closed from September 2015 to Many 2017. All the exhibits are now on one floor and fully interpreted. An incredibly impressive museum for such a small space. Beautiful exhibits: one on WWII in Champaign County, one on the history of the U of I over its 150 years, and one on how museums work.
