The terraces are open from 9:00 A.M to 17:00 P.M. The inner gardens near the shrine are open from 9:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M. The entrance to the Gardens is free of charge, and no reservation is required. Nevertheless, we recommend you to book a Private tour in Haifa with us.

There is no question that the gardens are beautiful but I am not rating the gardens but the actual attraction. Although the visiting hours are listed as 9 to 17 this information is useless. During the opening hours you can only visit 1-2 terraces either at the top or bottom entrance (did not try the middle).
