Jul 11, 2021 · Ferber method. Cried for 2 hours and no sleep. I tried the Ferber and my lo cried for two hours. I was doing the checks and felt it made it worse. I gave in at 2 hours and went and got her. I felt horrible. I felt the checks made it worse but I think she would have kept crying even if I wasn’t checking.
