Nap times 9am - 10am, 11.30 or 12 until 2 or 2.30pm 4.15 - 5pm. Then all tucked up in bed at 7pm for a good nights sleep, feed if wakes in night. I used these times as a kind of guide, especially not letting the baby constantly snack on the breast but establishing a proper few hours between feeds.
