B-52H 61-0025 left NASA in 2008. Though I do not know the airframe hours I strongly suspect that it had a good number. It is now at Sheppard as an instructional trainer. My guess of lowest hours on a surviving airframe would be Balls 3. There could have been others (B-52As, of even XB/YB-52), but that is my guess.
