I know I can change the Installation date on MyBT account but there is not an option on how to change the delivery of the equipment which ideally I would be the same date the Engineer installs my phone/broadband (Sept 8). Is there a way to change the delivery of the equipment only? Or do I need to cancel and place a new order all together?
