I had bright red bleeding with a big clot at 10 weeks but no cramping. I was sure that I had miscarried. Went to the doctor to find there were still two healthy heart beats and am now 30 weeks :). Never got a firm diagnosis but it seems that it was most likely a SCH. Good luck and best wishes!
